We are looking forward to seeing you at the Walk Family Team Rally! Please provide the below requested information. A JDRF staff member will contact you for your credit card information and your reservation will be complete at that time. Padres tickets are FREE for you and your immediate family. A credit card will only be charged if you fail to claim your previously reserved tickets on Sunday, August 29, 2010 at the Family Team Rally. Failure to claim tickets will result in a charge to your credit card for the face value of $18.00 per reserved ticket. Friday, Aug 20, 2010 will be the last day to cancel your reservation without charge to your credit card.

All tickets for the Family Team Rally have been sold out. Please contact our office for cancellations.
