anna_2Anna Gerber joins the San Diego Ride program with over 10 years of cycling and coaching experience.  An athlete herself, Anna is a local category 2 cyclist for Swami’s Cycling Club who loves the thrill of cycling.  After several years of triathlon and marathon competition, including Ironman, she decided to focus on the discipline she truly enjoyed - cycling.   Before turning to racing her bicycle, Anna was an active participant and mentor for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Challenged Athletes Foundation.  Besides her love for endurance sports, you will find Anna out on the soccer pitch coaching many of our young future soccer stars in the San Diego community.  She is currently a coach for the Torrey Pines Girls' High School program as well as the Encinitas Express Soccer Club.  When she is not coaching or cycling, her enthusiasm for sports is still in her blood, as she does sports marketing consulting.

She is ready to share her love and knowledge of the sport with you, and is ready to teach you everything you need to know about cycling and more! Be part of the team that moves us towards a cure with every mile pedaled and every dollar raised!
