Special thanks to all of our 2010 Promise Ball auction donors. The auctions at the 2010 gala raised almost $110,000 for diabetes research.

It is never too early to donate an item for the 2011 Promise Ball.

We are continually seeking unique and valuable items for our Promise Ball auction. If you can donate, or have contacts who can donate, any of the following items, we would truly appreciate it! Our Promise Ball auctions raise a tremendous amount of money for diabetes research.

Some standard donation items are :

• Premium wine selections
• Unique trips - both local getaways and distant destinations
• Behind the scene experiences
• Tickets to sporting events
• Theatre tickets
• Sports equipment
• Golf at private courses
• Other marketable services that you or your company can provide
• Unique services, for example:
  • Landscape cleanup for 8 hours (weeding, pruning, etc.)
  • Landscape design for 8-16 hours
  • Handyman for a Day (fixing screens, electrical, woodworking, etc.)
  • Computer troubleshooting/technical help for 4 hours, etc.
  • Interior Design Consultation for 3 hours
  • Gourmet foods delivered to the home
  • Sailing, riding, golfing lessons, etc..
